The name Tas Srëndso̠ Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Tas Srëndso̠ Ner was founded by Zlesënho Gunvrish, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Tas Srëndso̠ Ner receives an average of 73 cm/y (28 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Tas Srëndso̠ Ner covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 6180 m (20275 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Tas Srëndso̠ Ner was founded durring the late 17th century in early winter of the year 1656, by Zlesënho Gunvrish. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Zlesënho Gunvrish.
Tas Srëndso̠ Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tas Srëndso̠ Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Tas Srëndso̠ Ner is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow cobblestone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Tas Srëndso̠ Ner weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The budget focused millitary grade defenses have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Tas Srëndso̠ Ner is like a look into a broken heart. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need. It’s not malicious. Heads are hung. Eyes are empty. Something truly horrible happened here once upon a time and the town never healed.
Civic Infrastructure
Tas Srëndso̠ Ner has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Tas Srëndso̠ Ner. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Tas Srëndso̠ Ner's parks.
Tas Srëndso̠ Ner has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Tas Srëndso̠ Ner.

Tas Srëndso̠ Ner has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Tas Srëndso̠ Ner's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Tas Srëndso̠ Ner possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Tas Srëndso̠ Ner has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Tas Srëndso̠ Ner's natural decorations nor waterways.
Tas Srëndso̠ Ner has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Tas Srëndso̠ Ner's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..

The Fly, Giant near Tas Srëndso̠ Ner are known to be quite timid.
Tas Srëndso̠ Ner's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves creating small tokens to channel Enchantment energies of tier 1 via recitation of scripture.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Tas Srëndso̠ Ner was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Tas Srëndso̠ Ner lost 241 people, 179 livestock, and 75 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 89, when members of Tas Srëndso̠ Ner's militia enacted an operation to escort a particular irregulars group to a safe location. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Tas Srëndso̠ Ner's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Tas Srëndso̠ Ner's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
